Do you ever start something and find it morphing into something else? The original plan was to make a luxury apartment building about 3 stories high on a 2 by 2 lot with the smallest possible self-contained units, luxury on a budget. Well that changed and this apartment complex is now 7 stories high or more according to grid adjuster on a 3 by 3 lot and isn't really budget friendly at all. How does that happen? Well take one idea, add in lot adjuster and a dash of grid adjuster and hey presto!

While the lot is CC free I recommend using
MogHughson's Apartments and Shopping, on the same Lot! http://modthesims.info/d/352602
Menaceman's Lunatech Lighting Fix http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=315720 This makes the tiny maxis ceiling light actually flush with the ceiling.
A gardening Mod such as Perfect Plants http://www.simbology.com/smf/index.php?topic=13.0
This lot was made larger with lot Adjuster
Foundation made 2 clicks with grid Adjuster
There was also some CFE work and I strongly suggest not changing the structure.
Since a bartender spawned the lot was cleaned with Chris Hatch's add on to the Lot Compressor.
Copy Play tested.
*Sorry for the silly file name inside of the sims2pack, it refuses to change. It's not 'nearly finished' like the name suggests but fully finished and play tested. I think the name stuck after using grid or lot adjuster.
** What we call the ground floor American's call the first floor and what we call the first floor they call the second and so on up.
***Smoko is Aussie slang for tea break.

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.
2. Extract: Use WinRAR (Windows) or Stuffit (Mac) to extract the .sims2pack file(s) from the .rar or .zip file(s).
3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
- You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

- For a full, complete guide to downloading complete with pictures and more information, see: Game Help: Downloading for Fracking Idiots.
- Custom content not showing up in the game? See: Game Help: Getting Custom Content to Show Up.
- Anyone can use both .rar and .zip files easily! On Windows, use WinRAR. On Mac, use Stuffit.
